James W. Flood III, Esq. graduated from George Washington University in 1996 and went on to receive his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in 2001. He was admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 2002 and was subsequently admitted to the DC bar in 2011.

In 2002, James shifted the focus of his practice to helping consumers injured by defective pharmaceuticals, medical devices and other dangerous products.  In that time, he has been involved in over 6,000 consumer injury lawsuits.

James Flood is highly experienced in a broad range of legal areas, with emphasis on dangerous drugs, defective products, SSRI birth defects, medical malpractice, toxic exposure, and personal injury.

Organizations which he is a member of include the Trial Lawyers Association of Metropolitan Washington D.C., the American Association for Justice (formerly ATLA), and the Massachusetts Bar Association.

Cary McDonald, a Partner at Flood Law Group, has worked with some of the nation's leading law firms in areas such as asbestos litigation, defective drugs, dangerous products, defective medical devices, personal injury, medical malpractice and more.

As the Founder/CEO and President of eJustice, an Internet marketing company exclusive for attorneys, Cary has obtained invaluable experience in lead generation from the Web. After working in the progressive Internet marketing for nearly 15 years, he decided to become a partner at Flood Law Group so he could be more hands on in helping consumers that have suffered serious injury as a result of negligence.

Since he founded eJustice, Cary has handled more than $80 million in advertising for clients and has helped thousands of consumers obtain representation for claims involving asbestos, Avandia, Actos, Vioxx, Yaz, SSRIs, Transvaginal Mesh, hip implants and more. He thrives on helping injured persons and their families get the compensation they need following serious preventable injuries.

Cary also sits on the steering committee for the Badge of Honor Memorial Foundation, a non-profit organization designed to help families of law enforcement officers who are killed in the line of duty, and is on the Board of Directors of P&E Holdings.
